The staff is amazing. My daughter has been going for years before they had an office in Gillette, and now my youngest. They get excited to go. I tried so many pediatric dentists in the past and sometimes didn’t even make it to the actual appointment before leaving the lobby. My daughter needed extensive work done and through surgery and all, she loves going and is not afraid at all. That means a lot to me. Dr. Bailey and all of the staff are absolutely amazing. My kids have been to other dentists and would throw fits anytime they had to go. Now they aren't scared to go to the dentist and we have no tears, which is an amazing difference. Everyone in this office takes time to hear my concerns regarding my kids, insurance, scheduling, making sure my kids aren't scared, etc. Everyone is very caring and has lots of patience and understanding. I highly recommend this dentist! If they took adults I would be coming here as well :).

My son is terrified of dental procedures beyond standard cleanings. So when he has to have one done it has to be under light sedation. Gillette Pediatric Dentristry is the best.
